It has always been a happy thought to me that the creek runs on all night, new every minute, whether I wish it or know it or care, as a closed book on a shelf continues to whisper to itself its own inexhaustible tale. ― Annie Dillard, Pilgrim at Tinker Creek
I was born and raised knee deep in salty water on the shores of San Diego California. The sea runs life through my veins, and it was here that I learned to follow my curiosity with Nature’s narratives. I graduated in 2011 with my BFA in painting and drawing from Azusa Pacific University, where I am currently pursuing my MFA in drawing. I now live in Los Angeles, California where I am freelancing, tattooing, drawing, and building community.
